While some TDA licenses/registrations are issued for more than one year, the majority of them are annual.
TDA is required to send out a renewal invoice to license holders at least 30 days in advance of the license expiration date. Generally, TDA sends out renewal invoices 45 days prior to the expiration to the license. The invoice is mailed to the contact address on file. If your address has changed, it is imperative that you update the information with TDA. Failure to do so may result in failure to receive the invoice. This, in turn, may cause your payment to be late, resulting in a substantial late fee.
