Hemp Licensing Is Now Open

(AUSTIN, TX)  Texas agriculture producers interested in growing hemp may now apply online for a producer license under the Texas Industrial Hemp Program.

The Hemp License application can be found in the list of other applications available from the agency.  Acceptable browsers are Edge, Chrome and Firefox
