Slaughter Cattle:

As of 3:00 PM Thursday, negotiated cash trading has been at a standstill in the Southern Plains and Nebraska. In the Western Cornbelt negotiated cash trading has been inactive with very light demand. Not enough trades for a market trend. Wednesday was the last fully reported market in Kansas, Nebraska and Western Cornbelt. In Kansas live trades moved at 115.00. In Nebraska the bulk of live and dressed trades moved at 110.00 and 180.00, respectively. In the Western Cornbelt the bulk of live and dressed trades moved at 115.00 and 180.00, respectively. In the Texas Panhandle the last fully reported market was on Tuesday with live trades at 110.00.
