Slaughter Cattle:

As of 3:00 PM Tuesday in the Texas Panhandle, negotiated cash trading has been slow with light demand. Compared to last week live purchases traded steady at 124.00, with a few at 125.00. In Nebraska negotiated cash trading has been mostly inactive on light demand. Not enough purchases for a market trend. In Kansas and Western Cornbelt negotiated cash trading has been at a standstill. Last week in Kansas live purchases traded at 124.00. For the prior week in Nebraska and Western Cornbelt live and dressed purchases traded from 124.00-125.00 and at 196.00, respectively.
