USDA reported on Tuesday afternoon that negotiated cash trade has been at a standstill in the Southern Plains and Nebraska. In the Western Cornbelt, negotiated cash trade has been mostly inactive on very light demand. Last week in all regions, live FOB purchases traded at 203.00. In Nebraska and the Western Cornbelt, dressed delivered purchases traded from 320.00-321.00.
