Record Retention List

The Record Retention List specifies how long documents related to CDBG contracts must be kept. It's based on when the State of Texas finishes using federal funds for these contracts, as confirmed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Consolidated Plans, Annual Action Plans, and CAPERs

Consolidated Plans, Annual Action Plans, and CAPERs may be found on the HUD Exchange website. Select "Texas" under the Grantees dropdown, then select "Texas" again under the Grantee dropdown. Next, select the Plan and Year you are interested in accessing.
