National Grain Market Summary:  Compared to Friday, cash bids for grains were higher.  Soybean markets were able gain some ground today despite ongoing trade tension between China and the US. Chicago, Kansas City, and Minneapolis wheat were also able to trade higher today, fueled by snow storms over the weekend in the Northern Plains and dry conditions in the Southern Plains.  Last week’s export inspections totaled 76.3 million bushels of corn, 13.7 million bushels of soybeans, and 15.8 million bushels of wheat.  All export inspections could be viewed as bearish.
