Slaughter Cattle:

As of 3:00 PM Tuesday, negotiated cash trading has been at a standstill in the Southern and Northern Plains. In the Western Cornbelt negotiated cash trading has been mostly inactive on very light demand. Not enough purchases for a market trend. Last week was the most recent reported market in all regions. In the Texas Panhandle live purchases traded from 153.00-155.00. In Kansas live purchases traded from 155.00-156.00. In Nebraska live and dressed purchases traded from 156.00-158.00 and at 247.00, respectively. In Colorado live purchases traded at 157.00. In the Wester Cornbelt live and dressed purchases traded at 156.00 and from 246.00-247.00, respectively.
