Slaughter Cattle:

As of 3:00 PM Monday, negotiated cash traded has been at a standstill in the Southern Plains and Nebraska. In the Western Cornbelt negotiated cash trading has been mostly inactive on very light demand in the Western Cornbelt. Not enough purchases for a market trend. The latest established market was last week in these regions. In the Southern Plains and Nebraska live purchases traded at 157.00, and dressed purchases, in Nebraska, traded at 252.00. In the Western Cornbelt live and dressed purchases traded from 158.00-160.00 and at 252.00, respectively.
