Fed Cattle:

As of 3:00 PM Wednesday in the Texas Panhandle. negotiated cash trade was slow on light demand. Compared to last week live FOB purchases traded 3.00-4.00 lower mostly at 171.00, on a light test. In Kansas negotiated cash has been moderate on trade and demand. Compared to Monday negotiated cash traded was steady at 171.00. In Nebraska negotiated cash trade was slow on light demand. There have been a few early live FOB purchases at 171.00, however not enough purchases for a market trend. Last week live FOB purchases traded from 174.00-175.00. Compared to last week in Nebraska dressed delivered purchases traded 4.00 lower at 271.00. In the Western Cornbelt negotiated cash trade was slow on light demand. There have been a few early live FOB purchases at 171.00, as well as a few early dressed delivered purchases at 270.00. However not enough purchases for a market trend. Last week in the Western Cornbelt live FOB purchases traded from 173.00-175.00 and dressed purchases from 274.00-275.00.
