AUSTIN – Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller today praised Attorney General Ken Paxton's successful effort to overturn the Biden Administration's unlawful endangered species listing of the dunes sagebrush lizard, calling the decision a major victory for Texas producers, rural communities, and the state's energy economy. Miller said the settlement restores common sense to the regulatory process by ensuring that conservation decisions are based on sound science rather than political agendas.
