AUSTIN- Today, Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller is urging Texans to take extreme precaution when receiving unsolicited seed packets from China. These packets have been mailed to multiple states, including Texas, falsely labeled as jewelry. COMMISSIONER MILLER JOINS CAL-MAINE FOODS FOR EGG DONATION EVENT AT CENTRAL TEXAS FOOD BANK
AUSTIN- Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller joined Cal-Maine Foods yesterday for an egg donation event that provided 140,000 meals to local Texans amidst a global pandemic. Over 280,000 eggs were donated to the Central Food Bank and will offer local communities’ essential protein in trying times. AUSTIN- Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller has written Governor Greg Abbott asking him to change his recent Executive Order and allow Texas wineries and wine tasting rooms to reopen immediately.
