Slaughter Cattle:

As of 3:00 PM Friday, trade was mostly inactive on light demand in Nebraska and the Western Cornbelt. Trade was inactive on light demand in the Southern Plains. Not enough purchases in any region for an adequate market test. On Thursday in Nebraska dressed purchase traded at 190.00, with live purchases on Wednesday at 119.00. On Thursday in the Western Cornbelt, live and dressed purchases traded at 119.00 and 190.00 respectively. The latest established market in the Southern Plains was on Wednesday with live purchases mostly at 119.00.
