Slaughter Cattle:

As of 3:00 PM, USDA reported Friday in Kansas, Nebraska and Western Cornbelt negotiated cash trading has been limited on light demand. In the Texas Panhandle negotiated cash trading has been at a standstill. Not enough purchases for a full market trend in any region. Wednesday in the Texas Panhandle live purchases traded at 120.00. Wednesday in Kansas live purchases traded from 119.00-120.00. Wednesday in Nebraska live and dressed purchases trading from 123.00-125.00 and from 198.00-202.00, respectively. Thursday in the Western Cornbelt live purchases traded from 124.00-126.00 and Wednesday was the last dressed purchase market from 196.00-202.00.
