Important Note on Examinations for new applicants:

One must pass both the General Standards examination AND a category examination to obtain a Certified Applicator license.   Each exam is valid for one year.  For example, if you pass General on 1/1/2014, you must pass a category exam by 12/31/2014.

If you currently hold a Certified Applicator License and are adding a category, you are not required to re-take the General Standards Exam.
