Helpful Forms for Vendors

      To be set up as a vendor with the Texas Department of Agriculture or to have direct deposit payments put in place, prospective vendors may request forms by emailing TDA_Supplier@texasagriculture.gov. Completed forms can be returned via email to TDA_Supplier@texasagriculture.gov, or by postal mail to:
