Fed Cattle: 

As of 3:00 Thursday, negotiated cash trade and demand in the Texas Panhandle was moderate. Compared to last week in the Texas Panhandle live purchases traded 2.00 lower at 186.00. In Kansas trade was limited on moderate demand with a few purchases from 185.00-187.00, however not enough for an adequate market test. On Wednesday in Kansas live FOB purchases traded mostly from 186.00-193.00 with live delivered purchases ranging mostly from 190.00-190.50. Trade was light on moderate demand in Nebraska and the Western Cornbelt. In Nebraska, compared to Wednesday a few live purchases traded steady at 193.00. The latest established dressed market in Nebraska was on Wednesday with purchases at 305.00. Compared to Wednesday in the Western Cornbelt a few live purchases traded from 190.00-193.00 however not enough for an adequate market test. The latest established market in the Western Cornbelt was on Wednesday with live purchases mostly at 193.00 and dressed purchases at 305.00.
