USDA reported at 3:00 PM on Thursday that negotiated cash trade in the Southern Plains and Nebraska has been slow with light to moderate demand. In these regions a few live FOB purchases have traded at 190.00. However, not enough purchases for a full market trend. Last week in the Texas Panhandle live FOB purchases traded from 190.00-191.00. Last week in Kansas live FOB purchases traded at 190.00. For the prior week in Nebraska live FOB and dressed delivered purchases traded from 190.00-192.00 and at 298.00, respectively. In the Western Cornbelt negotiated cash trading has been light to moderate with moderate demand. Compared to last week live FOB purchases traded steady to 1.00 lower from 189.00-190.00 and dressed purchases, on a light test, traded steady at 298.00.
