Slaughter Cattle:

As of 3:00 PM Monday, negotiated cash trading in Nebraska has been limited on light demand. A few live purchases traded at 135.00. Not enough purchases for a full market trend. Negotiated cash trading has been at a standstill in all other regions. Last week in the Texas Panhandle live purchases traded at 136.00. For the prior week in Kansas and Nebraska live purchases traded from 136.00-138.00 and dressed purchases, in Nebraska, traded at 218.00. For the previous week in the Western Cornbelt live and dressed purchases traded at 138.00 and from 217.00-218.00, respectively.
