Steve Dillon was born in South Texas. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas, graduated from the University of Houston law school, and spent the majority of his career practicing law in Houston. Steve moved to Austin with his wife, Rose, in 2008.  Steve joined TDA in 2009.
