Slaughter Cattle:

As of 3:00 PM Tuesday, negotiated cash trading has been at a standstill in the Southern Plains. Last week live cash trades in the Texas Panhandle moved from 95.00-100.00. In Kansas live cash trades moved at 100.00. Thus far for Tuesday in Nebraska and Western Cornbelt negotiated cash trading been limited on light demand. In Nebraska a few live and dressed cash trades moved from 94.00-95.00 and at 150.00, respectively. However, not enough trades for a full market trend. Last week live cash trades moved mostly at 95.00 and dressed cash trades moved from 150.00-160. For Tuesday in the Western Cornbelt a few dressed cash trades moved at 150.00. The last fully reported market was on Monday with trades mostly at 160.00. Not enough live trades for a full market trend. Last week live cash trades moved mostly at 95.00.
