AGRICULTURE COMMISSIONER SID MILLER HONORS TEXAS FARM AND RANCH FAMILIES AT 46th ANNUAL FAMILY LAND HERITAGE CEREMONY
AUSTIN –In a celebration of agriculture and family heritage, Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller and the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) honored 57 farms and ranches spanning 47 Texas counties at the 46th Annual Family Land Heritage (FLH) ceremony at the State Capitol on November 3, 2021. COMMISSIONER MILLER KICKS OFF 2021 NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH WEEK CELEBRATIONS
AUSTIN- Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller today announced schools across Texas will celebrate National School Lunch Week Oct. 11-15. The annual event drives participation in the National School Lunch Program, which is administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) and provides 3 million lunches every school day.
